Let´s supose something.

We´re on the Marvel Universe. During the 60´s. NATO and the Soviet Union are playing their Chess game to see who of them make their political model and philosophy conquers the world.

Suddenly, behind the Berlin Wall, arround the Soviet Dominated domains of Eastern Europe. Surges a country known as:

LATVERIA.

A nation that got independent from the Soviet Union out of the Blue, and aparently is from the Green Cloak wearing and Amor Claded maniac that fights the Fantastic Four on an allmost regular basis.

He alone, with no aparent aid of a Rich Third Position Country the likes of Argentina, India, Saudi Arabia, and etc. With technologies that hasn´t have a trace back to any of the world strongest weapon distributors in the world, just grabbed a little peice of territory from the Soviet Union, and not only has been capable of defending itself from the raids to reclaim it, but also growing wider and wider like a cancer.

But here is the kicker. This "Doctor Doom" Character declares he isn´t on the NATO side neither, just... "Taking what is rightfully his"

What does happens from here on out? What should be the next step from the United States, or Britain, France or Turkey on the Blue side, and of the Soviets from the Red side?

What should do Doom? Make a world wide transmission declaring his intentions of just wanting to rule Latveria like a peacefull king, so long neither the Americans or the Russians doesn´t fuck with him? Or TV broadcast is below Doom?

And most importantly... How does History changes from now on?

The Vietnam War would change, meaning the Soldiers (like Frank Castle) are left behind since Latveria had become a bigger threat?

Will the Berlin Wall get destroyed at all? or... the dreaded Iron Curtain should remain to contain Doom?

This things and more.... is what we should discuss.
