>>6361944Thoughts:
Khyber an cute. Xiphos Very cute. Swordboy EXTREMELY CUTE
The art was obviously excellent, being expressive and well composed. I think I will save all of it to my harddrive
I don't mean to be rude but in
>>6340950 You claimed your coloured are was what things looked like when you "put effort into it". This feels to me like the false assumtion of art as a display of artistic skill instead of a medium with which to express emotion and narrative. I personally feel that the clear and clean way you draw in mostly black and white is perfect and don't care for superflous detail. (Especially where said detail takes time away from other things)
(Although obviously these are just my vague artistic sensibilities and a large part of making art is having your own)
The main characters became fast friends in a sort of fictionish, animeish way. It isn't anything bad but I didn't expect it. Overall I thought the setting would be a lot darker from all the anarchy and violence that was described
The strategic elements and whatnot were quite fun and The whole thing was pleasantly interactive
It did feel like things were constantly moving alot, but I suppose that other anons might not have liked a relatively slower adventure, that it would have had more ideas discarded and that it would have been less amusing to write and draw for
I liked the character writing and the goofy nonsense we got to engage in
The world building was fun
I agree with others that I would have been nicer to have planned break weeks and whatnot instead of active waits. Waiting is only really waiting when you're uncertain
I was also formerly this guy
>>6337957 and the first one to respond about the candle, for reference
I am personally mentally headcanoning the ending as swordboy being recalled to the noble house he secretly came from and marrying both xiphos and khyber and all 30ish anons he met on his adventure, then living happily for 40 years before dying of plague
I really liked this quest. It's a shame to see it go
A+
(And note that I do actually give most things C's. A+ is top 1.5% or so)
If you're doing anything else after this (After you start feeling better of course) please do tell. I'd like to see it
Best of luck in life
All my love
