i saw an add on facebook about a farmer selling parrots in ivory coast , after discussing i was told that the guys place is far and that i have to pay half as an insurance that i would be taking the order i payed close to 71.75 dollars and was scammed didnt receive anything. idk what to do hope someone could help get me my money back from this scammer.
