It does, how else would the handlebars reach the windshield?
Also, Rook's legs don't seem to have any articulation, they're just a solid piece you remove for Mirror.

Well the face is nicely painted so I guess I can forgive the other stuff

It is not like you can avoiding things like this with pre-ordering online so that is a gamble too

At least buying stuff at the store you can pick the best out of the shop (this is the only copy in the store)

I hate how they took the face he had most often in the cartoon, the lighter gray one, and put the bottom half of the face on some sort of rolling-pin-like cylinder! There's no way that's gonna look anything but awful when plugged in as his head.
