i think i figured out what was problem
when you crab steering i have to push foward/backward direction and steering same time. since front axle turning faster than rear, i have to turn on/off crab steering and control left/right then turn crab steering again and turn

paper poster less than $20, go buy a frame at an art store for like what, $10 or $20 more?

even the fancy canvas print, including the frame, only $82.50

I "get" that making it out of Lego is "cool" somehow. but why do I feel like it's "cool" only if YOU made it as a MOC? buying the Lego version seems like a lame shortcut not worth $250

Not that anon or German myself but the answer is nothing, Ende's books don't treat children like idiots because he writes them for everyone. If anything the question is "what's wrong with Americans", they got the Neverending Story rights, one of my favorite books, and produced such an absolutely dogshit movie that Ende didn't want his name to appear in the credits. And I totally understand why.

I liked the great wave, but I also collect ukiyo-e, so that was uniquely targeted to me. Would have preferred a piece that shows up on fewer mugs and T-shirts and mousepads and shit, but I suppose these are for the lowest-common-denominator Art Knowers

So what am I in for here, /toys/? I was trying to order a Blokees action figure from AliExpress and the best price for free shipping was going to be THAT plus two other things. I started adding some CT Toys I had been thinking of grabbing when I come across what looked liked LEGIT mechs from LEGO, although they do carry the 'compatible' disclosure and I'm sure will come in the equivalent of a plastic baggie or poly/cellophane bag. I ordered the Venom and Thor since those are discontinued.

Are these going to give me Chinese cooties? Will they crumble the first time I try to assemble them? I assume I should definitely keep any of these away from the legit LEGO product if I ever want to resell ANY of my stuff?

there must be hundreds of things Lego could do. each of those things is mega important to those groups, yet completely invisible to the others

you'll need to get a Syndrome hairpiece and some kind of orange Ninjago torso to MOC your Dragonball guy. you should have plenty of tan bricks to make a desert crater to put him in

Not the other dude, but Dragon Ball is one of the biggest franchises in the world with four decades of shows, movies, games, geegaws, etc. It’s got a huge fanbase and taps into the millennial/late gen-x nostalgia market LEGO’s been courting these past several years. It seems like a no-brainer as far as fit goes. they must be pursuing DB in some way. I wonder if there’s just some friction with the licensing.

Though personally, if they’re doing anime anyway, I’d prefer a Belladonna of Sadness or Mind Game set.

yeah that's true, it seems quite obvious at this point. maybe one of the Lego bosses just has a bad taste for anime in general. like some people say they never really liked Country Music, without ever giving it a chance

or maybe they just think "people punching eachother" is a bad fit for Lego? I mean, there's plenty of violence in Star Wars (much worse, really), but DBZ is so much punching! (where's my Lego WWE? that would make a zillion dollars, too!)
