>>7820260 which you can buy online. From the looks of it the mouth has just been painted outwards. Also, the eyes on these dolls are designed to be interchangeable. You would just have to make your own custom eye decals and (carefully) use a sharpie to draw the mouth.
Good luck though, they cost around $1,000 or so on release let alone after-market.
