Veemon DiM is only going to be in the Special VBs, at least for now, so you'd basically have to see if somebody sells their chips on eBay.

It's up to you if you don't want to use the app features for a couple months or if you're fine spending time getting used to what icons mean and maybe taking screenshots and auto-translating some screens (probably only need to do it for the mission selection screen) and use it right away.
