Before Namek he was Freeza height and was about a head shorter than he is now. Future Trunks was Vegeta sized but grew closer to Goku height after RoSaT. Kid Buu was just a bit shorter than Vegeta. Fat Buu used to be taller than Piccolo but Super retconned his height, as they did with Bulma and we don't speak of Krillin and Roshi.
Hit should be shorter than Piccolo but it's unclear without looking. Hit was taller than Jiren who was a couple inches taller than Goku in every static shot. Base Broly might be shorter than Piccolo but Z Broly was taller. Yamcha should still be taller than Goku but they may have made him shorter too or Gohan is just closer to the reader. Gohan is a little taller than Goku.
Piccolo used to be Tien height up until the Saiyan saga and he stayed around his current height until then. He was very huge muscle wise against Android 17 and he hasn't been portrayed that bulky since but still bulkier than Saiyan saga though at the same height.
