At the last few weeks of local TRUs (MULTIPLE!) closing, they had him and Zuvios still with their $9 clearance stickers made 1 years before TRU even died.
You're overestimating the popularity of these characters, especially all of these sequel characters aren't hard to get, because none of them are that popular.
