A: He-Man listed in Wave 6 and He-Man with Kitty are one and the same. Dont worry about it.
B: There is one more 8'5 He-Man. At the very end they released 3 8'5 He-Men: Powers Of Grayskull (yellow translucent), repaint with gold armor slightly bluer black parts (like in last episode) and one with new armor (same He-Man that comes with Kitty/Stridor) and special sword than can expand.
But if you didn't got into 8'5 figures, I suggest skipping them. Yeah, they slightly better ariculation but they're mostly just repeats of 5'5 figures. They're not compatible with vehicles, playsets and characters choice is poor (5 He-Men, 2 Skeletors, 4 others). I mean, you can still get them but I'd say it's still full collection without them. Same as Power Sword.
Also, I'd point that that Moss Man (assuming you'll get your hands on him, he seems rare) never appeared in the show. He was only in first "Tales of Eternia" book (there were 3 overall)
