I asked the question, I'm white, i'm not comfortable with calling what is similar to my skintone as 'normal'. Even my white isn't 'normal' as there's different kinds of 'white'- yellow based, pink based, etc. The 'normal' skin tone I chose is actually more of a beige than me, I am very pink (especially now that I've been in the sun this summer!)
>>6381417This is a great way to explain how I feel about naming the darker tones especially. I don't mean to tip-toe around names, but food names don't sit right with me. I'm probably going to go with "Beige skin" "Light Tan(or brown) skin" and "Dark tan (or brown) skin". Def not calling it 'Coco Souffle" tho. Also it's funny because as someone selling a product I'd rather not offend anyone than take a "fuck the SJWs" approach because I'd rather be neutral than not make enough sales?
