It's an opinion, because okay, you can have such low standards that you don't care that they don't look like what they're licensed from but it's still a low standard.
It's like saying these Playmate figures are excellent, despite completely lacking in detail that makes the movie turtles look like they're from the movies.
Sure, they're super poseable, but who cares if it's a bad likeness? I guess you care, but still low standards, especially when other companies actually made better efforts.
