It doesn't have that maniacal Psy-Crow feel, and at least from what I can see, it doesn't seem to have preserved the weird curvature of his neck and oddly cut angle of his mouth. The expressions are pretty bad too, the default one looks bored and the other one...well, it's just a weird looking scared sculpt. Neither capture the cackling bravado of the character.
