Walmart ships back all defective dolls back to Mattel and they get their money back so the store doesn't lose any money. If you "lost" your original receipt or don't have it "for reasons" its no big. They will just ask you for your ID and you can get it swapped out there. Keep in mind they only allow 4 returns without a receipt per year so make those count. In other words don't waist one of them returning something cheap or retarded like bubble gum.
