The fact that they all come from Hong Kong for such a cheap price is already a huge red flag to begin with, and if you look at the pics and compare them to the original figures (pic related is the only one I could find of all the original ones together) you can easily tell that the plastic color in most of them is substantially different. Additionally, they all lack the copyrighted Autobot / Decepticon insignias. So no, don't buy them, unless if you want to support child labor and own copied molds with sub-par quality.
You're better off indivitually searching for the ones that interest you around Ebay, the original ones are still pretty cheap:
