Well once again Gamestop never called to tell me my figure was in stock. This was a different store than the one I pre-ordered Goldar at as well. I stopped in today and they had 2 Psycho Blues on the peg in addition to the one reserved for me. It was nice at least being able to choose the best QC between them, though it ended up being the one reserved for me regardless.
As far as the actual figure is concerned, I was originally not so keen to be getting Red and Blue so soon after the Bandai versions, but they completely eclipse Bandai's effort to the point where those figures might as well not even exist anymore. How on earth are there people who actually prefer the Bandai ones over Hasbro's? Aside from the spotty QC the only issue I have with the Hasbro Psychos is the lack of neck, but that's easily fixed and makes the figures look lightyears better than Bandai's as far as I'm concerned. Pic related isn't mine (still need to get the Red set) but come on, it's like comparing a high school theater production to a James Cameron film. They're not even in the same league.
