I'm almost certain it will be 01's head with the eye hole, maybe the blood effect too. I misremembered the old revoltch, that only had the blood you put on the default head. But this time an actual one eyed head. Just like the SF6 guys and gals coming with the opponent's head. .
Yes I know with that logic alt head for the Angel with 01 makes sense too but I don't think it will be that bad. Lots of people want this Sachiel to go with their RD Evas or plamo Evas and Kaiyodo knows that, they won't get in the way forcing to buy another 01.
Also strong possibility, AT Fields. Regular AT for 01 and ripped AT for Sachiel. These feel about the same significance as Mazinger's heated plates.
