I would really like to replicate this particular tail livery on the kinetic M-346. I'm really new in this hobby so I'll gladly take any advices you have.
Seeing at how the design wraps around and is complicated, is my best bet to find someone who makes custom decals and ask for something printed without the black so that i can paint the whole rudder black first and then apply the different parts of the design one by one?
>>11317767I have scanned a few books in the past. I have a Epsilon V800 but it's a bit overkill. Nowadays unless you have a serious need for the quality of a flatbed scanner you're better off with a digital camera a table and one of those overhead vertical rigs. Once you position the book in the same place it's just a matter of taking the photo which can be automated and turning the page. Then you have to edit the photos in lightroom or PS but even that can be automated if your exposure and other stuff stayed constant.
Regarding the legality, it's not legal if you're planning to distribute them (sharing them online is distribution) and you could be sued. The books I have scanned were usually just shared locally or when put online I made sure to use (back in the day) burner accounts for megas etc.
