Here's a picture of the USS Astoria (Another New Orleans class heavy cruiser), with a similar configuration to the Tuscaloosa at the time. Going to use it as a reference for the ocean base that I'm making. It's really hard to come by good pictures of the Tuscaloosa from the time, especially to get an idea of its camouflage configuration.
