About your ebay mishap, I know the feeling. I often stare out the window on rainy nights and think about 'the one that got away.' If some one were to ask, "Was it a girl?" I would respond, "No, It was a Digivice I really wanted."
The D-ark isn't a v-pet, It's a digivice. So it's pretty much the same as the previous digivices, with a map and bosses and such. Also it has a card gimmick, but sadly I don't own any cards. I just like it because it looks cool on display.
