>>9364807They seem to have based Cell’s sculpt off of this specific shot from the manga, which honestly fudges proportions on a lot of characters (King Cold depending on the pose they’re in or how Tori was drawing them at the time.
I’ll wait until we get some official images before making judgment calls because this seemed more like a prototype to me.
