Most important of all, between the muscles, especially near the black patterns, there should be this subtle gray smokey effect. The real thing has a more sophisticated paint application. This thing you have, the red looks dull, like the cheap drug store Hasbro 3.75. Also, look at that left should, and the left rib.
You can subjectively criticize AY, but the objective quality of the toy, real Kaiyodo pieces wouldn't have those unclean sprues like that.
Overall, looks not legit.
