I have the Hellbat in front of me now, and pushing his leg straight up gets about 80º, and if you're ok with twisting the leg a little outwardly, he can reach 90º. Having him sit down like the pic you posted of Cammy, with his legs just straight out with no twist, is about the same. I can post that.
At the same time, using Hellbat to demonstrate articulation of this style of figure is hardly fair, given how large he is. I'll post another figure with him doing this pose.
