A handful of exclusives I've pre ordered from various toy makers in the last couple of years have had issues, and due their exclusivity and the limited-run nature of the items, it wasn't possible to just run out to the store and grab a replacement, for example; meanwhile, in these particular cases, the toy makers hadn't gone to the trouble to manufacture extra stock items/pieces in the event of QC mishaps, so I was pretty much fucked. Anyone have any experience reaching out to them on twitter about such things?
