>>7284212Ok, so here is what I used. The Testors is fluorescent and water based, that’s important. The glow powder is from amazon. It is not water-soluble, also important. Means it won’t disvole in the paint. I started off with a 3:1 paint to water, and added a bit more water until it was about where I wanted it, then mixed in 1/8th teaspoon of glow powder. Adding a bit more as I went. I would paint it into the armor, then wipe it off with a paper towel or my hand as I went.
