One of the ponies would have ended up as Prinus’s time traveling creator, and secretly behind the Headmaster technology as a means of tricking Cybertronians into destroying the Go-bots and end the ancient Go-bot/Pony war. Also Megatron would mutate into a Beast mode, then that would be revealed to be a Megatron from another dimension, then THAT Megatron would have been revealed to be created by the real Megatron who was the Beast one all along which was his plan to get Rodimus to open the Matrix and turn humans into robots, which would be the origin for Chip Chase, and nobody would ever bring it all up again after a reset back to issue #1 despite an ongoing story still happening.
