I mean, just put a Ferengi head on a Klingon body, give him an energy whip, sell it at as convention exclusive, and call it a day. They would sell like hot cakes to the toy buying crowd who were in on the joke.I mean like you said, it was basically a Spawn action figure, and the character itself is an Erik Larsen character so that's two litigious Image comics creators you'd risk upsetting by making a toy like that.
