The switch was opened and the arm was moved from the medial slot to the one closer to the button. The roller has also been bent to better ride up the plunger rod.
The common is wired to the negative terminal of the motor, normally closed is hooked up to nothing, and normally open to the rest of the circuit.
Basically the motor can't run if the plunger rod isn't in the catch.
