Storm Terry Bogard as the base using Storm Iori Yagami's arms. All I honestly need are the sleeves painted to match the jacket, shoes repainted, some quick belt accesories, some head sculpts for Travis, and a beam Katana.
I'd be willing to pay just about any price I just need to be steered in the right direction
