Okay, gently sanded inside of O-ring and the ball itself so both move without too much problems but still mantain position and are not loose. I hope that will help them stay in place as long as possible.
Fun fact - cyanoacrylate glue have very high resistance for pulling but not for ripping (or rather - high resistance in a direction perpendicular to the surface but not parallel), hence the whole idea with holding broken ball joints by wire.
I'm not exactly proud of this paint job however, I would also like to paint skin as well but I don't want to paint over existing pre-printed faces. I wish plastic girls would come without pre-printed faces instead. And GW "Russ Grey" is behaving odd, similar to white and light yellow shades - streaky even when thinned and easily breaking and pooling with too much water in it. Should had pick Vallejo paints for this project instead. But each project is slightly better than previous so next plastic girl will benefit from Fox experience.
