Visiting the kids brother (who is a friend of mine) last week brought this kit back into my attention, the kid says he is no longer interested in building models, so i told him i will finish it for him. The hull was poorly glued together and I spent about 3 hours filling all the gaps and height differences between parts. If the build went any further it would have been beyond saving. Weld marks are all totaled from trying to fill gaps with putty and had to be remade.
