I don't know if the Pendulum 20ths can also utilizing the D-1 Grand Prix. I do know US 20ths cannot. You can mod the Silver/Black Pen 20th fairly simply to unlock all eggs from the other versions giving you a substantial amount of digimon to raise, there's a guide on how to do this. DM 20ths are all the same barring 1 special egg per version which are Tai's Agumon line, Matt's Gabumon line, Coronamon line, Lunamon line, and Meicoomon line. Those special eggs are unlocked by connecting to 5 other vpets, so the thing to do to unlock one is get a spare and reset it 5 times with different names. JP DM and Pendulum 20ths will be a lot more costly than US 20ths. Some people are finding US 20ths at Target for $5. JP DM 20ths are like $100-200 now depending on version, Pendulums double that. Honestly the best thing to do is just get a couple US ones.
