The first being MMC's Reformatted line (that's the one that Tarn is a part of), and the other big player is Planet X. Their bread and butter are figures from the WFC / FoC video games, and, wouldn't you know it, they just released Shockwave.
I can't personally speak to any particular flaws he has, other than them going with this sad, small translucent purple optic that doesn't even have any light piping for it.
