Whether it'll be perfect or not, who knows, but preskip Luffy is definitely going to get much better range than the current one. The current one already has that hinge they got too lazy to finish and gave up on on the shorts, there's no reason they won't finish it now with other Luffy designs, thats like one of the easiest improvements they can make
