I mean you have an entire arc between 2004 and 05, with the Maze of Shadow, and 05 and 06, with Island of Doom. And then there is bullshit like Love isn't canon, the Red Star bringing dead characters back to life and the countless characters now roaming Bara Magna. Is all that shit really necessary? No wonder you can hardly make a movie saga out of it, with all the fluff getting in the way of each year's story.
