For me, pic related. But honestly, this is just because I'm a massive Star Wars nerd and Hasbro released so few playsets back in the day; now they're technically releasing more, I guess, but they cost a lot more and feature significantly less plastic and overall less play value.
Honorable mention goes to the Palitoy Death Star playset (
