Two minor obstacles were that Materia has a slightly shorter neck so anything in the collar area that juts out will push against her head. I couldn't fit the skirt around her waist so it is hiked all the way up to where she is thinnest at the midsection. As a result, Materia's underpants are barely concealed from the front and are plainly visible from the rear.
They have the same arm length but Materia's legs are significantly longer.
