A little WIP of my Tamiya 1/48 T-55. its my first real shot at an armor model and figure painting.
Im probably going to repaint the tracks bc im not too happy with the rust tones, looks more like the aftermath of tianamen square than rust tracks.
I haven't really done any weathering, so I plan on doing an acrylic dust filter with some real dirt and small bits of static grass in the nooks and crannies. Plus some textured mud acrylics on the lower hull and tracks. I started on a scenic base that you might be able to make out in a few of the other pics im going to post
