>>9694702>but all of them stuck much longerThat’s... basically the point I was making. A lot of Joe things, besides a select few things, are sort of “one and done” kind of deals (relatively speaking), or were sequel-teased with no actual follow-up.
Plus, Transformers (for the most part, I’m guessing there have been some exceptions) where there’s at least some TV airtime for a relatively new-ish Transformers show. Like, I know Nick has been airing those Rescue Bots, and some other channel has been repairing Prime, and I think there was some Netflix show or Paramount Plus show or something, and the live-action mibies. It still has a “presence” so to say. About the only thing Joe has on air now are reruns of ARAH at 4 in the morning, and occasionally the live-action movies. I haven’t seen reruns of any of the other Joe stuff in over five years.
It’d be nice to see some of them appear again, even if it’s just reruns.
Or at least have them add the original Spy Troops and Valor vs. Venom online or streaming or something. They have that GI Joe YouTube channel now, and, surprisingly, they’ve added the movie-edit version of Resolute to it (however, from when I briefly looked to see if it edited things out, it does appear to be more edited, as the Storm Shadow possible survival after credits scene seems to be missing, but I haven’t sat down and watched that posted version, since I still have the DVD copy).
But, anyways, I’ve gotten off track.
