All this talk of Toa Hordika reminded me of how unusual their designs were in the movie, in that they were extremely toy accurate, except for the small arm.
They got rid of the claw weapon so it'd be a normal arm, but instead of just using the arm from the toy, they turned the weapon itself into the forearm. You can even see the hand piece modeled as the elbow, it's really weird.
