I can't see a reason why Ivan Ooze would be the one thing Hasbro wouldn't get the rights to when buying the toy license and entire franchise. Honestly, I can't help but think that Hasbro is tricking themselves into thinking they don't actually have the rights to MMPRTM stuff ("UH, FOX MADE THE MOVIE SO NOW IT'S DISNEY") when they actually do.
