Score the part where it broke at with your knife a few times, glue it it with either plastic cement or some good superglue.
After it dries (if you want to be REALLY safe, leave it for the night) sand the ball joint down with high grit (like 1000) sandpaper.
If you'll sand it too much and make it loose, just smear the inside of the ball joint socket with plastic cement and let it dry completely.
I managed to fix a broken 30MS Luluce neck balljoint in a similar way, and that one is tiny.
