Found a Tomy Jolteon. Her sculpt isn't all too different from the Jazwares, but it's enough to where she looks noticeably cuter IMO.

I'd love to have a little army of Clefairy's but to do so I either have to buy sets en masse (and be left with a ton of extra 'mons), or wait to see if she gets a singular Five Below release or Evolution set whenever they get around to doing Clefable. I wish they'd set up something on their site where you could pick and choose figures you want and pay whatever shipping they'd decide for however many you buy. But no, that'd make too much sense and they'd probably think it wouldn't make them as much money..
