Took a bit longer than I expected and there's still one last thing to solve, but the 3.75" scale TIE Hunter model's practically done at this point, and from printing 2 of them I'm relatively confident they should consistently come out right. The wings finally properly hold themselves in the open/closed positions, all the parts pressure/friction-fit together securely without any glue or whatever so it can be disassembled for storage and take up a bit less space than the ~20"x13.5"x4.5" it occupies when built, and it's 'only' 15 separate pieces which is hopefully fine as it can't really get any lower due to the wing mechanism. It's nearly perfect now, except for

Which is making the cockpit window actually have glass instead of just being open. I absolutely definitely cannot make it happen with my current printer, but it might be possible to get a respectable transparency off a resin printer, in which case the current window piece can be swapped for a fixed version if/when I figure out if resin print transparency's good enough. Also still have to actually paint the black onto the wings and the hatch, of course, but that's just a matter of figuring out the right painting + masking procedure, which I'm close to doing but not quite close enough to have it done now.
