>>8338036I've heard some anons cite the wonky combined mode or the lack of accuracy, as well as the high price as reasons that they suck, but given that I bought them expecting a tank, a jet, and a tank-jet that combine into a big, stupid spaceship, and I got exactly that, I can't really complain. Plus if you're like me and enjoy Japan-only Transformers with a nice super-robot aesthetic, as well as being head-over-heels for headmaster, it'll probably tickle your fancy at least somewhat. These guys are going to be centerpieces of my Autobot brigade for quite some time, I imagine.
Also, if you get a set of shin-fillers (by Shockwave Labs, I think?), you can separate Dai Atlas' two halves and turn him into a pretty neat giant duocon, like the mold was originally intended to be.
