Add some blushing to the cheeks, but not pink or girly colors, more like a warmer skin tone, and adding that across the nose always makes a doll look cuter to me too. Sad or worries eyebrows will take any manly sculpt down a notch but if you keep them thick they won't look girly. I've shared this pic a million times in this general but I haven't taken many of this guy and don't have much to choose from on this comp, sorry.
