I mean imagine how many millions of people can get fucked by posting their live concert videos and lyrics videos. Nintendo has already made it clear that it can nuke ANYONE who uses Nintendo game footage doing walkthrough and review videos. The same holds true for anyone who uploads movie and TV trailers and footage.
And Ethan's "rights" do cover that gray area of how much he can legally claim when taking pictures of copyrighted subjects he does not own. He can turtle up and act like the victim now, but his massive numbers of copyright strikes shows a total asshole who gets off on stepping on other people.
