>>9661314It wasn't, but it needs some treatment to look cool. The old Gashapons did it right, it was translucent plastic with some airbrushing on top, it gives a great effect, but I also would love pale blond.
It's a shame Bandai doesn't do accessory packs with windy hairs and different finishes of color.
Or removable clothing and hair like the old Irwin figures, I would love that.
