As the other anon said in the previous thread Tomy made their Quaxly shorter while Jazzwares made their version with the proper proportions.
However Jazzwares made the area between the pompadour and face weird and the feathers doesn't has the same charm as the Tomy one, not to mention the plastic makes it look like it started yellowing already (at least the one I got looks like that).
