Just today I received a Chogokin Sword/Launcher Strike Gundam that I bought mint in box, and there's some liquid that's coming out of the hands (pic related). This figure is about 17 years old at this point and was never opened, so I guess the plasticizers that would normally evaporate or come off during handling just collected inside the tray.
